Two-Storey Commercial Complex for a Furniture Store

This project is a comprehensive design for a three-storey commercial complex with a total area of 14,750 square meters, of which 11,500 square meters are designated for retail purposes. The building integrates both above-ground and underground functionality, including parking, retail spaces, and service areas, designed to meet modern architectural and operational standards.

Key Features

Underground Level

The underground level is dedicated to supporting the building’s operations and includes:

  • Parking Area: Space for 202 cars, divided into three zones, each with separate entrances and exits for efficient traffic flow.

  • Car Wash Facility.

  • Storage Areas for tenant use.

  • Technical Rooms for building maintenance.

  • Unloading Zones for retail deliveries.

  • A dedicated supermarket zone, designed to optimize accessibility and logistics.

First Floor

The first floor focuses on retail and public interaction, offering:

  • Flexible retail spaces for lease, accommodating a variety of business needs.

  • A dedicated supermarket area.

  • Food court zones featuring dining establishments.

  • A western-side outdoor terrace above the parking structure, designed as a recreational area with space for summer restaurant seating and relaxation zones.

Second Floor

The second floor continues to expand the building's retail and commercial offerings, including:

  • Additional retail spaces for lease, tailored for businesses of varying sizes.

  • Exhibition areas for furniture manufacturers, creating a showroom environment to highlight furniture collections.

  • Supporting technical and storage areas for the retail and exhibition zones.

Facade Design

The facade embodies a minimalist aesthetic, emphasizing functionality and modernity:

The cladding features a ventilated facade system in neutral tones of grey and anthracite grey, ensuring durability and a contemporary look.

The western-side main entrance boasts a large, glazed facade, providing natural light to the main hall and adjacent restaurant spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere.
